Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless authorized.
1. Customer must reach out within 30 days of receiving the order to file a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please Email us at orders@eastshoremodern.com
2. Return Labels/Bill Of Lading (BOL), and packing slips will be provided upon RMA Approval.
3. If your item was shipped via freight service we will arrange for the freighter to pick up the item free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (If shipped in a box via FedEx).
Non-returnable items:
Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
We must process a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with our warehouse to complete your return.
What's needed for the RMA to be approved:
- Order Number
- Product SKU
- Reason for the return/refund request?
- Damaged in Transit
- Missing Item
- Received the Wrong Color
- Received Wrong Item
- Standard Return
- Other (Specify)
4. One or two picture(s) of the product or packaging in the case item was damaged in transit or not the item/color ordered.

Refunds (if applicable)
When the RMA is approved, we will provide you with a packing slip so that the item can be shipped back to the vendor's warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Order Cancellation After It Leaves The Warehouse:
If an order is canceled after the item ships out of the warehouse and has to be returned to the hub, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@eastshoremodern.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@eastshoremodern.com and we will instruct where and how to send the purchased item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
