Why Doesn't East Shore Modern Have a Phone Number?
In order to provide the best possible service and avoid having you wait on the phone for too long, emailing us is the best way to get your questions answered. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Someone is available after hours up to 9:00 pm.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, as we receive many emails daily.
Our team can also be reached using the chat feature at the bottom of your screen. If no one is available at the time you reach out, please leave your question in the chat and some one will respond to your question as soon as they are available.
If there is an emergency, some one will reach out to the number you have provided on your order request.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all our products within the contiguous 48 states.
FedEx ships free via standard ground delivery (5-7 days).
Freight Service (LTL) ships free as "Threshold Shipping."
I want my shipment yesterday! Is it possible?
Typically, orders are processed within 2 days of being placed.
Note: The warehouse that handles the shipping for us is experiencing longer than usual shipping times. Your order's may be affected by these delays.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. (If you do not receive this mail please check your junk/spam mail)
Delivery takes between 5-7 days via FedEx.
Depending on weight and size, some items ship out via freight service.
Freight service delivery times may vary as the freight service must coordinate the date and time of your delivery with you.
We are making all efforts to ship your product as soon as possible.
Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you might get multiple packages per order.
Can I upgrade my delivery option?
Orders shipped via FedEx will be delivered under standard ground delivery. At the moment we do not offer expedited shipping (2-day or Next Day Air, etc.), as all orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Note: If you live in an apartment building or complex, FedEx may drop off the item at the nearest entrance or lobby. Depending on your building's rules and regulations the driver may not be able to drop off the item at your door.
Order shipped via Freight Service (LTL) are shipped standard as "Threshold Delivery." Like FedEx, threshold orders will be dropped off at the nearest entrance or first door available.
Unlike FedEx, Freight orders, depending on the shipper used for the delivery, can be upgraded to "In-Home" or "White-Glove-Service" for an additional fee. If your order is shipped via Freight Service (LTL) and you need to upgrade to one of these services, you may do so by contacting the shipper directly at the number provided with your tracking information.
Note: Not all LTL shippers provide the upgrade service, so please be sure to reach out and confirm that this is available.
Where do East Shore Modern's products come from?
All products sold on eastshoremodern.com are shipped from US based warehouses.
Modway warehouse locations: Hightstown, NJ and Hesperia, California.
Manhattan Comfort warehouse locations: Dayton, NJ and Redlands, California
Legion Furniture warehouse location: Sacramento, California
Acme Furniture warehouse locations: Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, New Jersey, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami
Walker Edison warehouse locations: Atlanta, Columbus, Savannah, California, Texas
I love to track my orders, can I?
We know you love to track your orders, as we also love it when we order online.
Don’t worry, we will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.
You can also track your FedEx order via the shop app that you can download from the order confirmation page.
You may also register for a "FREE" East Shore Modern account to track your current and all future orders.
Is there a fee for signing up to the East Shore Modern account?
No. It is completely free, you don't even need to make a purchase right away to sign up for one. Simply navigate to the "My Account" tab at the top of the page, Click on "Create your account," enter the requested information and then click on "Create my account."
I received my tracking number, but I don't see any movement or tracking went into "Pending" status. Where is my shipment?
We make every effort to work with the vendors to get all orders out promptly. Since all orders ship out directly from the vendor/manufacturer, they are shipped out in batches/groups and not individually.
The estimated date on FedEx deliveries are subject to change once FedEx picks up and scans the packages. It may take up to 72 hours for FedEx's system to begin providing tracking information.
Orders shipped via Freight Service (LTL) are also sent out in batches/groups.
What if I want to make a return, how does it work?
We do all that we can to choose high-quality items, we know sometimes you need to return an item if it doesn't meet your needs, please see our refund & return policy for further details.
Where is my order? What will happen if I did not get it?
If you did not get your items, and the delivery time has passed, just drop us an email, and we will make sure to check it and will send you a new one. No worries, it’s very rare!!! But as we ship hundreds of items a day, things can happen.
